Custom Window Blinds

   • All window blinds are custom-made to the specific measurements and specifications. As these blinds are tailored to fit unique window sizes and preferences, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Order Confirmation:
   • Before placing an order, we encourage you to double-check all measurements and specifications. Once the order is confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Installed Products

1. Installed Materials:
   • Any products that have been installed like flooring and false ceiling cannot be returned or exchanged. Installation is considered final once completed.
2. Installation Services:
   • Our professional installation services are conducted with the highest standards of quality. However, if you encounter any issues with the installation itself, please contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the problem.

General Guidelines

   • We encourage customers to inspect all products upon delivery and prior to installation. If there are any defects or damages, please notify us immediately.
